I did not arrive in Prince Edward County with a real estate licence. I grew up here. I know which shorelines are swimmable and which are reed and rock, which bays freeze solid and which roads flood in spring, and which listings calling themselves waterfront are really a deeded path to the water. At this level, that knowledge is what protects you.

The way I work is private and unhurried. Many of the best properties in the County never reach the open market. They move between people who trust the same handful of agents.
